3. Products and wellness disclaimer
Fytyra products are beauty and wellness devices intended for cosmetic, personal care use only. They are not medical devices and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary and depend on consistent use and personal factors.
Please consult a qualified physician before using the device if you are pregnant or nursing, have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, have metal implants in the treatment area, suffer from epilepsy, have active skin conditions, open wounds or recent cosmetic procedures in the treatment area, or have any other medical concern. Stop using the device immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, prolonged redness or any unusual reaction. Always follow the included instructions.
4. Orders and acceptance
All orders placed through our site are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing or listing errors, or cannot be shipped to your address. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund promptly.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your local or selected currency and may be updated from time to time. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout. Taxes and duties, where applicable, are calculated at checkout or may be payable on delivery depending on your country. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
We offer free standard shipping to the United States on every order. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, customs and events outside our control. Ownership of and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
7. Returns and the 30 day money back guarantee

8. Two year limited warranty
Every Fytyra Sculpting Device includes a 2 year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use, counted from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, liquid immersion, unauthorized repair or modification, use contrary to the instructions, or normal cosmetic wear. If a covered defect appears, contact us with your order number, a description and photos or video of the issue. We will, at our choice, repair the device, replace it, or refund the purchase price. This warranty gives you specific rights and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Fytyra name, logo, images, text, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Fytyra and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation or security of the site, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to submit false or misleading information.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and all products are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fytyra harmless from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or products.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Fytyra is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, and without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
