Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to 28 other countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver to you.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum. Orders to other countries are a flat 5 euro.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to the United States usually takes 5 to 8 days in total from the day you order. Other countries vary by destination and customs. The window shown at checkout is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are set by your local authorities and are your responsibility as the importer.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, contact us through the form in the footer and we will arrange a reshipment or a refund.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimate, contact us through the form in the footer with your order number. We will trace it with the carrier and, if it cannot be found, replace it or refund you in full.
